The below video shows what you should expect when you click the "Print" button (either in Preview mode or not). A new tab should open with a PDF of your printed menu. If this is not happening see below for troubleshooting tips.
What a user should experience when printing (browser - chrome)
Check Pop-Up Blocker
Be sure to check that you have enabled pop-ups for Stellar Menus in your browser. See below links to how to enable pop-ups in common browsers.
Chrome - Block or allow pop-ups in Chrome
Safari - Block pop-ups in Safari on Mac
Another Common way to troubleshoot if your menu PDFs are being block by your browser is to check the "Last Printed Menus" tab (image below) in your menu manager. If you open this tab and see the menu PDF with time stamp listed here, it is very likely your browser blocked the pdf from opening in a new browser tab when you clicked the "Print" button.
