Updated over a week ago

Adding a Menu Footer

The Menu Footer text is set in your menu settings. It’s a good place to put allergen warnings, contact info, and other important information.

To add a Menu Footer to your print menu, you must first have set some footer text when you created the menu. In the following example, we add footer text to an existing menu and then add that footer to the print menu.

First, add footer text.

  • Click the Edit button for the menu you want to print.

  • Click on Menu Settings.

  • Enter the Footer Text you want.

  • Save your settings.

Second, drag and drop the footer text onto the print menu.

Note - more then one footer block can be added to a print menu

  • From the menu manager, select Print.

  • Open the Content tab on the left.

  • Drag the Menu Footer onto the print menu.

Note - if there is no Footer Text in the Menu Settings, the Menu Footer element will not appear in the content drag and drop window of the print menu.

Styling Menu Footer

While the Menu Footer element is highlighted, you can click on Styles to adjust how the Menu Footer is displayed.

For any text based element in the menu printer you can change the below styles:

  • Font

  • Font Weight (how bold it is)

  • Font size

  • Line height (how much space between each line of text)

  • Text alignment (left, center, right)

  • Text style, (italic)

  • Text color
