Use the Column Layout tab to configure how many columns you want on your menu. If this is your first time printing and you’re unsure how many columns to choose, leave the menu set at the default “1 column.” After adding items to the menu, you can experiment with different Column and Paper Layouts.

If you are looking to create a print menu layout that is intended to be cut down the middle to produce 2 identical menus then you will want to use a 1/2 Page layout.

As shown above these layouts will allow you to only edit one half of the paper layout but will create a mirror version of your menu on the other half.

The column layouts that are available to you will depend on the paper orientation you have chosen in the paper Layout tab.
