You can cancel your subscription (or change plans) by logging into the Stellar Menus Admin Portal and clicking on Settings, or you can manage your account directly on Stripe, our billing partner.

Cancellation policy

Stellar Menus offers straightforward cancellations for our subscription services. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date to stop any future charges. To cancel, simply reach out to our support team, and we will promptly process your request. We understand that sometimes renewals may slip your mind, so we also offer a 14 day grace period after your subscription has renewed to request a cancellation and full refund. You can contact our support team within this timeframe to process your cancellation and get a refund. Our aim is to make your experience with our services hassle-free.

Refund policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. Therefore, you can request a refund for any purchase for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, simply contact our customer service team within 60 days of your purchase, and we will promptly process your refund.
