You can update your restaurant name under the Settings->Restaurant Settings tab. Simply select the Settings button on the navigation menu, and click on the Restaurant Settings tab.

Here you can change your restaurants name, activate/deactivate Service Periods, upload your restaurant logo, and select your currency symbol.
