You can activate Service Periods under Settings. In the navigation bar, select Settings. Within the settings window, select the "Restaurant Settings" tab at the top. Below and to the right of the logo is the Service Periods Slider. Click on the slider to activate.

Once active, Service Periods will be added to the left-side navigation bar. You can now add, and modify Service Periods.
